After a crareer at corporate level in different companies as a member of the management committee, he is currently helping companies and entrepreneurs in their transformation. More than ten years ago, I entered the world of conflicts, initially I wanted to understand how conflict works and all its dimensions, and that led me to explore the different ways to help manage conflicts in companies.

The conflict and its management have a lot of internal work and awareness raising and this led me to be part of Conscious Capitalism Spain to deepen the path of business awareness.

My purpose in these years has been to work to strengthen the human connections that occur in companies, foster deep conversations that contribute to generating more authentic relationships.

 I address my professional practice to work on this connection and to generate spaces of collective intelligence that can help us redefine the future, from the body, mind and heart.

Oxfam left a big mark on me, it was the place where I learned, got to know myself and grew up.

I have always worked with non-profit organizations and learned in many areas: administration and management, fundraising, PR, communication and event organization.

Now I am lucky to serve a group of people linked to the Conscious Capitalism movement in Spain, together with them I organize events, talks and trainings to raise awareness and leave a more pleasant world for future generations.

 I believe that a better world is possible, I believe that companies have a fundamental role in society and the four Conscious Capitalism tenets offer good help to achieve that goal.

Entrepreneur from the day of graduation in business economics and two years of philosophy. Founder of the first Dutch B2B internet auction and thereby valuing (post doc) and selling the healthy parts of bankrupt companies. 

Then to help companies not go bankrupt and to help companies bring new products to the market with a positive impact. Ultimately understanding that it is not so much about the technical side and the business case. The most added value is in the development of the people, the culture they form together and what drives them (as an organisation) at the core.

With almost 40 years’ experience in beauty packaging, Tim Eaves is Quadpack’s Co-founder, Chairman and Chief Impact Officer. During his tenure as CEO, he grew the company from a small trader into a global manufacturer and provider. His passion for sustainability led him to establish the non-profit arm, Quadpack Foundation, and to achieve B Corp certification in 2022. Tim’s aim is to inspire the packaging industry, by example, to transform it into a sector with a positive impact within communities and on the planet.

Laura Grassi brings together years of professional experience in facilitation, process design skills and mediation to accompany social entrepreneurs & intrapreneurs, developmental NGOs, social innovators and conveners of cross-sectors dialogues that are working towards the achievement of the UN Sustainable Development Goals. Trained as a business engineer, she soon found her passion in helping organizations that want to work collaboratively to tackle our most pressing societal issues, create healthy organizational cultures and work on social justice. In her work she combines different methodologies such as “The Art of Hosting Societal Innovation”, Process Works, U-theory, Process Design, Deep Democracy and NonViolent Communication in order to offer a unique approach to collaboration and organizational development.
